My favorite "hack" these days...a short, post-dinner walk. It lowers blood sugar by 10-20 (as per my Continuous Blood Glucose Monitor, CGM), helps aid healthy digestion, gives you the chance to enjoy some fresh air and enables everyone to enjoy a little screen-free quality time.
