This means: - More natural vitamin d (sun exposure) - Having an optimal circadian rhythm (get enough sleep, stay away from late-night eating) - Healing from previous relationships & past traumas, especially childhood traumas - Developing emotional intelligence - Regular exercise - Eating more protein - Men: Avoiding porn (damages your mental health) - Women: Understanding your hormones and the phases of your cycle - Men: Fasting sometimes - Women: Stretching your hips - Avoiding prolonged exposure to artificial light esp at night - Trying to avoid stress (physical, emotional, and the stress that toxic copper puts on our bodies) - Eating foods that have folate/folic acid (beans, broccoli, bananas, leafy green vegs) - Increasing vitamin intake - Limiting alcohol - Saying no to drugs - Saying no to seed oils - Saying no to people and things that disturb your nervous system - Adding electrolytes to your water - Surrounding yourself more with LOVE. Being in safe spaces makes us healthier
Honestly, If you knew how difficult and how long it took some people to recover their peace of mind and happiness, you'd understand why they shut all doors at any slight discovery of toxicity, and also why they can be so picky about who they allow in their lives.
