So I am on a super health kick for 2 weeks. I have told you I have pretty much beat my insomnia. But it still visits now and then, in a milder form. So I am doing an experiment to see what happens after 2 weeks of very deliberate living. Want me to report how it’s going, here?
Okay, well that three yes’s. Enough for me!! Up this morning at seven. 30 minute stretching and some free weights. Then a long walk, and a check in with the syrup project. In for a HEALTHY omelet with tons of spinach, pico De Gallo and a piece of sourdough wheat toast.
@terrydresbach2 My hubs just bought a sauna. It’s about the size of a phone booth with quilted type material and a zipper. I do it about an hour before bed for 20 mins and it has really improved my sleep. I meditate, relax and do yogic breathing while steaming.

@terrydresbach2 I contracted a stomach virus in January. It has not been a good month. Nothing stayed put. I had zero appetite and even my old standby tea was a struggle. I am better now but it took more than a month. I went yesterdayfor CT scan to ensure no cancer recurrence. All clear...1 of 2
