@GMB @MartinSLewis @ITV Why are fuel companies allowed to refuse to accept cash…it’s ’legal tender’?

@NickDixonITV @GMB It’s time to make all Public transport free and low train fares to remove this volume of road users off the network. Why is so much money wasted on propping up a road network?

I just signed the petition calling on Paula Vennells, the former CEO of the Post Office to be stripped of her CBE. Will you sign too? #MrBatesVSThePostOffice you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/stri… via @38degrees

@AAPresident Ask for the highway budget to be diverted to implementing a comprehensive public transport system: a new green lane network for cycling (not to include pedestrians), an appropriate rail network and create an accessible connected rural pathway system.

@aunty_shirley Trouble is that the British people keep voting for them so there needs to be an alternative.

@SheffieldStar That those that govern us used to be statesmen and women. Probably because they had been through a world war and had experience of suffering and compassion first hand.

@CDP143S @jahidkureci @millygreenwitch Well said, and I would add that lack of freedom of speech and connection to sympathetic people to help keep us sane requires the Internet due to press and media bias.

@swarbrickdotcom @slandau1972 @syrpis @ClaraHa24405597 Which is why it’s important that everyone participates by voting, every time, and…. that when they do, they vote for the best person available in their appraisal not necessarily always for their traditional party. That way the level of statesmanship and integrity rise.

@JimMFelton The point is that others around the country did follow the rules and suffered both from personal tragedy as a result or were fined astronomical fines they could ill afford but paid up because they then complied with the actual law current st that time.

@JimsWheels Yes lorry drivers are trained for safety and some them actually ride and follow cycling too! They are human even though they’re treated as subhumans.

@SussexRoadsPol Interesting that it’s the driver at fault. How much jurisdiction does he have, turn up for work, the lorry you had yesterday is in for test so use that one over there, we’ve over loaded your route, you won’t need training on any of the systems because it’s just driving.

@mcnultym1971 @Nyarris @divadarlings1 @mrjamesob Nothing to do with paying Drivers so poorly with nearly no welfare service areas for lorries provided. Look at FRANCE services every few miles both clean and with quality provision. Open your eyes.

@Sarah_May1 @BrianHughFergu1 @RobDunsmore @KeithRoberts49 We need people with good life experience and passion to stand up for election at every level not those who plan it as a career. Getting people to turn out and vote is the biggest problem for democracy. They are in power because not enough people cared to join in the process.
