I think you should just pay developers proper wages, give them proper working conditions, and offer consistent job security, Mikey. Some games are that special.

@tha_rami Profit sharing (😮😮😮😮😮)
@tha_rami We all know how that tip would be split across the “developers” anyway
@tha_rami It's interesting good I got an ad for truck driving in this thread 😂😂 but yes. Prefer better job rather than tipping.
@tha_rami They want to be like Uber, and keep the majority of the tips. Eff that noise.
@tha_rami @remembrancermx Or we could just have residuals.
@tha_rami Look, Blizzard is still working on the "don't steal breast milk" portion of being a good employer. Let's not get crazy.
@tha_rami Literally passing the buck to make sure devs get paid better makes the mind boggle. I wonder if they would operate on that basis and not have their huge salaries, bonuses and golden parachutes in place? 🤔
@tha_rami Yeah cuz US tipping culture is so good apparently
@tha_rami I get the perspective of wanting to be able to give more money occasionally if you've loved a game. I've bought Hades 4 times because I love it so much. But it should never be an expectation
@tha_rami The tipping culture is just killing me. I don’t understand why the « generosity » of customers should replace proper wages. It’s like companies don’t want to deal with wages anymore and let customers decide how much someone’s work is worth. Absolutely stunning
