If you’re a content creator, are you a baker or a builder? Bakers show up every day and bake bread. Builders show up every day and construct lasting structures. Nothing wrong with either one, but bakers start over every day while builders move from one structure to the next.

Did you know that YouTubers you can pay for views? Many creators are using YouTube’s “promotions” program to BUY views and subs. Again,YOU CAN BUY VIEWS AND ENGAGEMENT THROUGH YOUTUBE. @YouTubeLiaison: how is this not pay to play? Pretty slick double-dipping for $$.
The YouTube algorithm has become an impediment to the survival of YouTube. The algorithm shows you only what you click on with no consideration of what you subscribed to. This causes the creators to have to iterate themselves to death and steals the viewers ability to choose.
What's more important: -Making videos you're interested in within your niche, or -Making videos that have the right SEO numbers to get views?
Once again, I have so many YouTube educator ideas in my head that I find myself frozen with option anxiety. There are 1000 ways to go and 1000 ways to do it. Which one is right for me or you? None of them. Some of all of them? Or am I just looking for someone to think for me?
I'm working on constructing my edutainment empire. I have ideas for Content, Strategy, my Promise, and Product. I need a topic manageable enough to frame it all. I want to teach people to be more confident and comfortable with the creative process. So many topics. Too broad.
I want to do some "react" content. What should I react to?
Can you try TOO hard to have success on YouTube or is it all about putting the most effort into the right places?
Does #GenZ really think capitalization and punctuation are somehow aggressive? I'm never not going to punctuate or capitalize. I'm even going to use commas correctly. Does that make me an aggressor?
I've watched all but the last 2 episodes of #FalloutOnPrime. I'm enjoying it, but holy crap does it drag in places. Maybe this is to match the gameplay? Soooo much footage of characters walking places. Haven't they heard of Fast Travel?

@theJasonTLewis Yeah it can sometimes be a bit like that. So far right now mine is working fairly well 🤞 but like you say sometimes all it takes is to watch one random video and it'll mess things up.

@theJasonTLewis Indeed! Shooo if your cursor if generates an autoplay thumbnail, that video ends up in your watch history. I hate that because I didn't watch the video I scrolled by its thumbnail.

@theJasonTLewis Yep. Definitely somewhere where the algorithm falls flat. We usually open it in an incognito tab.
