@enterprisecares THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Location in Maryland won’t answer phone, gave me a car with a slow leak, won’t exchange unless I come btwn 3p-5p, insurance eligible car not available and then 800 # hung up on me! I’m dropping car off now and heading to HERTZ! UNREAL!

@Amtrak @AmtrakOIG I witnessed the Boston Cafe Car Agent verbally reprimand a minor (~11 yr old girl) on Train 175 around 8pm leaving NWK on 4/27/23. He needs to be FIRED! All she asked for was a spoon. Pull the video. I’m calling Client Services b/c they closed at 8p. HORRIFIC!

@DCDPR Happy Saturday! Since DPR is closed, will I get a credit/refund for the Aqua classes I paid for through May 2020?

@DCDPR Good Morning! I showed up today at 7am for HydroPole at Deanwood and we didn’t have an instructor. No one could explain why. Will we have coverage Thursday morning? Please let me know.

@DCDPR Hi! Please advise why it costs $75 for Water Aerobics at Harry Thomas pool when it is $25 everywhere else for DC residents. Session: 6/17-8/9. I called DPR but no one answers. All voicemails. Thanks!

@DCDPR this morning the Hydrospin Instructor was a NO SHOW at #deanwood ...please put Rashid back PERMANENTLY! As usual, he was there to save the day for us! My advocacy for DPR is starting to shift after the issues I’ve experienced this summer!

@MayorBowser as a resident, I’m baffled at how @DCDPR treated us this summer for aquaclasses. Contracted instructors not showing up, so lifeguards are TRYING to teach classes. We have to do better, I paid for better. #deanwood #barryfarms #hagan #all8wards

@dcwater I live in SE, DC... I boiled my water and this white ring appeared in my pots. Are we safe to use the water or not? Looks a bit scary! Please advise.

@Cityofatlanta @KeishaBottoms I’m APPALLED at how your staff at John A. White Pool treated my family on 7/11: charged more than website prices; music w/profanity; trash everywhere; 15 of 24 chairs were broken; unattentive lifeguards; no safety vests. UNREAL!

@VinceGrayWard7 Morning! How will the $1.3M Walmart gave for Skyland impact the Walmart that wasn’t built in Capitol Gateway in Ward 7? Did @AGKarlRacine consider both locations when he negotiated? Seems like we were forgotten.
