I wish you could keep billionaires as pets. Some of them look very cuddly. You could take them for walks and play frisbee with them. But there are responsibilities that come with a billionaire owner. Probably tax liabilities too. Hmm. On second thought, this is not a good idea.

Banning crypto cannot prevent malicious actors from using crypto. It only prevents law-abiding folk from using crypto. Insofar as using crypto is something law-abiding folks want to do despite the personal risk, those who seek to ban crypto are thus malicious actors.
