Your hook in your ad should always have a twist at the end that creates the ‘what the fuck’ effect. In other words, create an itch to scratch.
StATiC aDs DoNt WoRk BS. Look at what Dr. Scholl's did with this ad. They address a big pain point with a simple question: "Love how they look? Hate how they feel?" Then they reveal the solution: "Swap your soles not your shoes" Only took them 14 words. Statics work.

I remember waking up to a Stripe notification of my very first sale. Pure ecstasy. Even though it was just $47. Instantly I felt like the Mike Tyson of info-products lol. Looking back, it wasn’t the $47 that got me worked up. It was the PROOF that you can do this.
Don’t be afraid of getting a little raw in your ad copy. You only have so much time to capture someone’s attention…. This means that your HOOK has to be irresistible. Pro tip: make the very first sentence of your ad copy a BOLD claim. Then explain in the body copy.

One of the best ways to sell with emails is by telling raw stories. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it’s gotta be human. The more relatable the email, the better.
Email marketing tip... Make your preview text build on your subject line. Subject example: "Top 7 marketing myths" Preview example: "#3 is especially dangerous..." Subject creates interest, preview nurtures it.
