@dunkindonuts Hi all! I love your coffee and food, but your recent promotions have been incredibly frustrating. Last week, I missed the Bears DD cap by one person because the store only got 100 caps. Today, the store only received 12 mini sweaters, making it impossible to get one. As a frequent customer, I shouldn't have to worry about immediate stockouts just to enjoy a promo. Please look into increasing inventory for these events so your loyal customers don't keep missing out.

@dunkindonuts Good Morning, Folks! As a frequent customer who truly enjoys your coffee and entrees, I am writing to express my disappointment with your recent promotional events. Last week's Bears DD cap promo was highly understocked at 100 caps per store, and I unfortunately missed out while next in line. Today, the inventory was even more limited, with only 12 mini sweaters allocated per location. It is difficult for loyal customers to participate in these events when the supply cannot support the demand. I hope you will consider increasing promotional quantities in the future.
