@DoctorTro Thanks for all the info. I eat low carb (eggs) around 11 and don't drink any soda or juices. But after dinner 6/7pm I get cravings and in the evening end up eating poorly. Candy, beer, etc. Any thoughts on how to deal with the cravings? What's the next worst thing to cut out??
@thenewc0l0mb0 @DoctorTro Are you eating enough protein during the day? As you probably experience after eating the eggs, satiety keeps you satisfied for a while!
@thenewc0l0mb0 @DoctorTro I have the same problem. My fix is to eat one of these bad boys. I’m sure there’s a reason not to but it does fix the cravings until I am able to fix it myself.
@thenewc0l0mb0 @DoctorTro I substituted my craving for Reese's peanut butter cups with a dark chocolate square & teaspoon of peanut butter. I really have to convince my mind it's just as good. It's been working, I lost 30 lbs. Find a substitute with less sugar for night time cravings.

@thenewc0l0mb0 @DoctorTro gut biome .. until you starve out the carb processing bacteria in your gut, they will continue to send craving signals to your brain it takes some time, but i found loading up heavily on fats during that period to help .. primarily dairy and fish oil supplements

@thenewc0l0mb0 @DoctorTro Listen to your body. It needs healthy carbs. I destroyed my health with low carb. Eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, potatoes, oats and some meat, then your cravings would be gone.
@thenewc0l0mb0 @DoctorTro I can relate a little to that and it’s usually on the days my meat intake is low. Throw in a tomahawk steak with those eggs.
