@midwestern_emo it’s practically vigilantism which is about as functional modern day as true communism so

@midwestern_emo i used to watch skeeter jean who does a yt version and it didn’t take me long to start feeling gross about it. that’s not because it’s humiliating a pedophile, it’s bc these sting operations are a problematic piece of the justice system regardless and cannot be regulated

@cloudyhed @The_Red_Eye_ @Andres23rod @portesdi i’m too young to have been the appropriate age to watch the show at the time but my family has never described chris hansen as a good guy. the point was never to have pedos be afraid of hansen, but to be afraid of being a pedophile, and many don’t understand that difference

the backlash against chris hansen’s portrayal in primetime proves that a lot of people don’t care about what someone does in the “name of justice”. now think about that but from the perspective of people who support our police. this is inherently a corrupt “justice”

@The_Red_Eye_ @Andres23rod @portesdi did you read what they said? they approached it in a way that created a valid lawsuit. had they approached it differently a pedophiles family wouldn’t have been paid. what are you not understanding? the court doesn’t give a shit about influence…

@LordCocaire you think jobs come from the rich, which is exactly his point. incredibly bigoted perspective you have. you can’t comprehend somebody wanting a job to live and not to just “move up the ladder”. i want the GOV to give me a job so that people like YOU can’t buy another failing biz.

@LordCocaire @ZeroZerich @RndmStreetMedic why do old men keep buying businesses every time they already have a failing one is my question? true sacrifice is adapting to the world as it grows and learning how to let go of old, outdated values. you clearly need a team a not just “another part timer” man
