Hoping if I can manage 6 days fasting, I'll be able to have much more control
forever trying different diets but can't stick to them
planned out all my cals for the next 12 days hope I can stick to it, excited to lose some of my ever growing fat
I've got so so so fat recently. Strict from now on on this then reducing to 400 max per day for ever
I wouldn't say I'm suicidal, but put it this way, I wouldn't mind a 'happy accident'
Been forced to eat so much today I have now refused to go out, thanks.
