My brain is so fucked, why can’t I just be okay. Why have I got this illness that makes me feel this way

I can’t deal with my parents calling me fat. I can’t deal with the spots on my face. I can’t deal with being told I’m over weight. I can’t deal with knowing I’ll never be enough. I can’t deal with feeling this way,being in a room surrounded by people you love but feeling so alone
