Dear @RepAndyHarrisMD As you know, Ukraine has a really difficult history. During it, a lot of Ukrainians fled Ukraine. The Same is happening today. ~11 million already fled and ~20 more could flee if russia wins. Help to prevent it Please sign discharge petition #9
@throught_hills @RepAndyHarrisMD My family fled in 1930 and 1943. This doesn't have to happen again. Brave men and women can stop it.
@throught_hills @RepAndyHarrisMD Called his office just now and asked him to pass Discharge Petition #9. There was that reserved silence on the other end...
@throught_hills @RepAndyHarrisMD Dear Mr. Harris, As someone from the Netherlands, who once were invaded and terrorized by fascists too (early 1940s) I fully support Ukraine’s fight for sovereignty, against existential threat posed by fascist aggression of the Kremlin. I kindly urge you to help them. Thank you!
@throught_hills @RepAndyHarrisMD I’ll add my plea that you please put people’s lives and freedom to choose their own destiny to this call to sign petition 9 @RepAndyHarrisMD. Even if you eventually vote no, let the vote come to the house floor 🙏
@throught_hills @RepAndyHarrisMD Dear Mister Harris. Please sign the discharge petition. Don’t be fooled by Speaker Johnson. Why? Please read below 👇

@throught_hills @RepAndyHarrisMD The difficult history can largely be attributed to Putin's interference and propping up corrupt Russian or Russian sympathizing leaders. That is not the case today, obviously. Putin's aggression is mostly because he doesn't have the control over Ukraine that he once had.
