I booked a 'Dehradun-Delhi' via @GoAirFlights for this Sunday 3 months in advance. Now I get a text that it's been cancelled. No rescheduling option. Have to accept refund only. And the customer care executive has the audacity to tell me at the end 'Thank you for choosing GoAir'.

Because we are working day & night even during this pandemic & there has been no reduction of duties since lockdown. So our training is not compromised as mentioned in the notice as the reason for extension of tenure. So we request you to revert this extension of DNB/FNB tenure.
