Some users may be experiencing an issue with the Template function within all Tidy products. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide further updates as they become available.

Earlier today, some users may have experienced and issue with the Template function within Tidy. Whilst this has now been resolved, and service has been restored, we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience

Some users may be experiencing an issue with the Template function within all Tidy products. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide further updates as they become available.

Earlier today, Tidy experienced an outage as a result of a larger NZ-wide Microsoft Azure network issue. Whilst this has been resolved and service has been restored, we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available.

Earlier our engineers pinpointed the issue to (at least) an NZ-wide problem within the Microsoft Azure network and we are in direct contact with the MSFT Azure support team for a speedy resolution. We will update further once full service is restored.

Some users may be experiencing an issue with access to Tidy. Our engineers are currently working on resolving the cause. We will post an update once resolved or a further a update.

Update – The team have found the issue and a fix is being implemented.

Some users may be having trouble accessing TidyWork, TidyBuild, and TidyEnterprise. We are currently investigating the issue.

The issues Xero were experiencing have been resolved. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Xero are currently experiencing problems with their accounting API. This may result in issues within Tidy for some users. We will update you when this has been resolved.

Due to a planned maintenance, Tidy’s reporting function may be unresponsive for a short period of time in the morning of Sunday 21 May (NZST). Please contact us or reply to this tweet if you have any questions.

The Azure performance issue has been resolved and is now being monitored.

Some users are experiencing slower than normal response times in Tidy. We are aware of this issue and working on a resolution now. We will update you when this has been resolved.
