In the latest version, if you need seconds precision for an event, you have to explicitly enable it for that event, the default setting is "Minutes". When enabled, you'll see the time seconds in the entry page for that event and be able to edit it as well.

Released a bugfix (1.11.1) for Tasker plugin users. Please recreate any TimeJot actions already added in Tasker.
