🔩 Metal screwed straight into rafters. No solid decking. No sheathing. And now we're installing modified bitumen. Some metal systems allow open framing. Modified bitumen needs a proper substrate. 𝗗𝗜𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗙. 𝗗𝗜𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦. 💯

🚨 Homeowners are 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 for insurance and too many are finding out they're getting 𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦 when claim time comes. A homeowner's claim was denied. I tried helping her call for answers. They got short with me. Then they 𝗛𝗨𝗡𝗚 𝗨𝗣.
