When I was younger, I did many things to be productive. As I get older, I want to focus on quality over quality. I only want to do stuffs that are aligned with my values of growth, love, and service. I cry out for a change - not to manage time, but to honour my time from God.

How do you feel when your wife believes in your abilities more than you do? And she is willing to support you all the way to even starting your own biz. Well I am the lucky guy. Praise lord for this.

Let's carve out a niche world for ourselves (the unfit): Where we can just be ourselves, enjoyed the work, along with the right group of people. Anything else (money) matters less.

Today I pulled out my investment in a small start up. Having an amicable exit among shareholders is not easy. Some might not be happy, but somehow we managed to get through pleasantly. Key lesson learned is that money is not key motivator but shared vision and team you work with
