after a week of eating junk i only gained around 1.3kg so i’m not too mad at myself. it sucks but i should be able to lose it within a week.
i’m still alive, the holidays are rough and i’m trying to not hate myself too much for eating normally, and i think coming on here will just make that harder. so i’ll be inactive until january 1st! 💗

i ate over my cal limit yesterday, i’m so annoyed. i only lost .3lbs but i guess that’s better than nothing considering the circumstances but grr
my intake yesterday was at 375 and i’d been craving crisps all day and so i found a huge pack that were low cal and 300 cal for the whole thing and so i said i’d eat them. i ate half and got full. that’s never happened before, i can usually eat triple that.. intake ended at 525.
i lost .7lbs today the gods must have heard me complaining
