Y’all I am on the VERGE. My adhd is getting bad bc my depression is getting bad and sh urges are coming back. Plus I cannot lose weight below 57kg and idk why. I’m eating below my maintenance and I’ve upped my cals by 400 but nothing had changeddddd

I’m watching an episode of supersize vs super skinny and someone featured in an episode was taking 80 laxatives a day. And took 1000 laxatives between Christmas and New Year’s Eve which almost killed him. This show really left out nothing for sensitivity wow
