I was going to fast today but ended up eating six biscuits and now I'm past my calorie intake. #doofus
435 calories today. Aiming to have under 500 calories through September and no binging :D
I hate when people say there binging and they have like 200 calories...
Then fasting next Monday until Wednesday, then back to 500 calories after that.
Starting 50 hour fast then going to do a four day fruit/veg fast.
