wear sunscreen, even in the winter. protect your skin!!
notice yourself breaking out more? it could be your makeup!! check & see if there are any harmful ingredients that could irritate your skin!
watch some funny videos on YouTube or Vine to boost endorphins. you'll have clearer skin & be happier than ever in no time!!
clean your makeup brushes about once or twice every two-three weeks. bacteria buildup in dirty brushes causes breakouts!!
do not touch your face!! harmful oils & bacteria are on your hands. if you do have to touch your face, make sure your hands are clean!!
if you can find a good mud mask, those are fabulous. I had a charcoal one and it worked wonders on shrinking my pores!
stay away from sugar!! once in a while won't kill you, but your face shows what you eat!!
don't pop you pimples!! that results in scarring, which ruins your perfect complexion. hands off!
aloe in lotion form is my holy water!!! Dab it on red mark areas, leave it on overnight, and that spot will be lighter in the morning.
