I'm increasing my #nortriptyline dosage temporarily to break a pain cycle. When I first started taking it in January 2016, I remember feeling so sluggish and sleepy. Experiencing similar side effects now. Trying really hard not to feel lazy even though I know it's meds. #NAPS

@HurtBlogger @dankwinter Some of us have diseases that require meds, even when we do everything else "right". I'm vegan, anti-inflammatory, no sugar, still need RX.
