For those that don't know. UCMJ is not department specific. DOD directives are not department specific unless it states it. Department regs don't supercede UCMJ or DOD directives. "Bosses" cannot make you violate UCMJ or DOD. If they tell you to do so, it is unlawful. PERIOD

For anyone who thinks I'm compromising my own Christian beliefs by taking religious prayer out of my CoC ceremony: Nowhere in any scripture does it say I have to publicly pray while telling non-believers to bow their heads in formation in order to go to Heaven. 😁
