@SteveSkojec I think the plan has to be to recover our ancient faith and pray and argue for the recovery of it as an institution. Catholicism can save the world. It’s the only thing that can. The problem is that the limp wristed, compromised version of it is currently ascendant.

@timotheeology What does the Church teach that laypeople are to do when the Tradition is at variance with current teaching? This seems like it would only happen when you have a bad hierarchy.

@hokiemystic @cath_menarion While I understand your instinct, he has an ability to communicate that’s lacking at most parishes. He’s a gifted teacher. I would say that the Church should use all of its resources.

@michaeljknowles @devonsworth I’m with you. I’m also hoping I live long enough to see a pope that esteems the first 19 1/2 centuries of Catholicism as much as he does other religions.
