It’s alright that things aren’t always 100%. Shit happens, life happens. Don’t dwell on the things that haven’t worked out the way you planned, just pick it back up get on with it. Training, work, diet, relationships. No one is perfect & no one has anything figured out. Go for it

Majority of us regularly struggle with time. Which makes prepping meals difficult. In fact, for a lot of people it’s the hardest part, not the training. If you can find a spare hour, bulk cook your food and just freeze it, then the night before defrost and your good to go 👌🏼

Beginner tips for weight lifters: If you are looking to build muscle have your rep range between 8-12. Some exercises push between 12-15 reps for extra volume. If you are looking to increase strength, have your rep range between 4-6 reps. For 1 rep max’s focus more on singles.

You gotta find balance. No point living a life you fucking hate because you hate the gruelling gym sessions and plain ass diet you have laid out for yourself. If you wanna lose weight but hate the treadmill, don’t use it. Find a physical activity u enjoy & get creative with meals
