We were getting charged $143 or $144 Dollars per month, we are now getting a bill of $180 Dollars without our authorization and without any notification from the company. This is very dishonest and corrupt from this cable, phone and internet ..

We were scammed by this terrible cable, phone and internet phone several times. They raised our cable, internet and house phone twice in just a couple of months. They changed our package without our authorization.

Cablevision didn't keep their promise that they said to us several months ago. This is not right and it is very unfair to customers.We complained about this the same day that we found out about the overcharges.

have been a very good customer of National Grid for around 16 years and a half. National Grid gave me around 15 late fees even though we paid our gas bills on-time. They have been giving us those late fees with the intention to charge us more...

@nationalgridusWe are in the middle of the pandemic and National Grid wants to add late fees even if people pay them on-time. This is not right and this is also illegal from a company or business. They don't have compassion for the poor people either.

I sent them an email complaining about this, they ignored my message and they added another late fee of $01 cent in May even though I have paid them on-time. This is a big injustice. They should not been doing this to good customers of their gas company.

Dell didn't care about me as a customer and they didn't care that the computer was not working. The first technician showed up several hours late both times. Half of my documents are missing from my laptop and I can't find them. They don't care about their customers.

They are very bad and they don't care about their customers. I was overcharged with my extra year of extended warranty and they are ignoring that part of my email messages and statements. My laptop was not working for 16 days but they didn't care about me.
