I’m gaining weight from being under constant stress and all I do is obsess over it. I hate it and I don’t feel comfortable with me.

Honestly this whole “work life” just ain’t it. I’m tired of always being physically and mentally tired. I’m also tired of grocery’s costing an arm and a leg. I bought four items today and it came to 30 bucks. 🫠 Everything’s going up except for my pay check.

I’m withdrawing off klonopin as I’m trying to reduce the number of meds I take… I’m starting to really question my decision here… 😵‍💫 I mean I don’t want to be dependent on it forever. But holy mother of pearl… and I have to social work mental health ppl with addictions ironic

I wish I was farther along in my recovery.. but I’ve been told to keep reminding myself of the positives… days where I drink 2 beers instead of 5… the fact that I’m just over 2 years clean from cocaine..

I’ve done a lot of harm reduction these past few months to reduce my drinking. I went from drinking 7 days a week to drinking 2-3 days a week. Drinking less each time.
