A developer is complaining about some unspecified bugs in Fastify that prevent its adoption. After asking what those problems are 1. ESM in Node.js 2. TypeScript Nodenext resolution 3. Bundling The latter is the thing we could better support (even I would never recommend it)

Additional IPv4: new pricing blog.ovhcloud.com/additional-ipv… via @OVHcloud FUCK YOU .. seriously. Lure us in to contracts and then charge us monthly for IPs we already paid for up front. I do not see how you can justify charging us 2x monthly what you pay a year for an IP.

Native ES6, with module support, in browsers is the most exciting development in JavaScript since the advent of transpiling. And it’s the opposite! A return to JavaScript that doesn’t require a horrendously complex tool chain and build tools is 😍

If systems like Starlink are global satellite constellations with ground based fiber gateways in every region, has everyone already considered that means origin servers will already be "at the edge" for Starlink users, making CDNs partially unnecessary/obsolete + degrading?
