President Abraham Lincoln sat in this Ford’s Theatre rocking chair while watching ‘Our American Cousin,’ 159 years ago tonight. It’s on permanent display at The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan. thehenryford.org/explore/inside…
@triviapotus That chair shouldn’t be at the Henry Ford Museum. It should be in DC at Ford’s Theatre.
@triviapotus Is this the reason theaters don’t have comfortable chairs today?
@triviapotus We went there last month to see it. The ford museum has to be one of the most underrated museums in America that no one talks about.
@triviapotus Went there back in 2017 with my wife and son, stayed at the wonderfully weird futuristic hotel by the mall (called the Edward then), good memories
@triviapotus Couldn't help but notice the chair of the babe beside him.
