@SaraCivian @minakimes The customer is NOT always right. If the person being abused simply walked away w/o fear of corporate retribution, these idiots would’t have the audience they seek.

@mule_tax @DJLOVECHICAGO @BlockClubCHI That explains it then. The 3 boats were actually container ships! Thank you Chris (cough cough)

@Uverse 3rd time in 2 weeks with service issues that seem to be national; busy signal on calls to the Customer Care line? 😒

@RapSheet Placing landmark status on Soldiers Field doomed any chance of the Bears staying. Virginia and Mike remained out of loyalty to the city. The youngsters want that money that will come from full ownership

@LGUSSupport We have the same problem with our refrigerator not able to make ice and losing food to spoilage every year. Customer service says call authorized repair who sends us to another number who says call an authorized service person. IS THIS WHAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT MEANS?

@LGUSSupport it’s that time of year. Every year we have a problem with our refrigerator/freezer not working and every year we get the run around. Call this number, then call this number go tells us to. All another number who tells us to call a number we’ve ALREADY CALLED.

@McDonaldsCorp The location at 1700 W Fullerton in Chicago has yet to get an order of ours correct on the 1st try in over 2 years. It is not in anyone’s interest to use the drive through; you’ll end up going into the store to receive the items you purchased…

@BlockClubCHI It’s not enough. The colonizer’s in our area have a similar requirement and all would rather pay the measly fine. The developers have also been known to agree to these requirements, sell, and the “new” group says they’re not bound by the agreement.

@FedEx, @FedExOffice Tell me how I can receive a shipment 1 day and 5 days later be told that a package couldn’t be delivered because the address could not be located? Does this replace the “person not at home” your drivers use?

@ATT Have had network problems all week. After several calls, tech finally said network issues have been ongoing since Tuesday based on number of calls. Had to ask if there are issues in the area! Number of calls? Is this 2021?
