I left my phone in a @Uber driver's car. It is impossible to connect with driver or Uber support without receiving code to phone. Very frustrating. No way to message driver or Uber support. Isn't this a common issue?

Hubris: excessive pride or self- confidence- that's Uber in 2025. @andrewgordonmac @Uber longtime customer-$3,512 spent last 12 mo- 1 issue-their reps mislead me-driver 1 hr at restaurant. 2 hrs est, I cancelled, no food. $80 charge-Reps say no refund-nothing for inconvenience🥶
