Apple's Tim Cook made Apple rotten and deceptive. Their website still claims in 2025 that the iPhone 5s can use the Apple Watch Series 4 with WatchOS 10. Criminally false advertising!!!!! That is only possible if the Watch was never updated past WatchOS 8. No way to downgrade.
Microsoft's Surface Tablet was ONE OF THE BEST DEVICES IN HISTORY! A portable Intel x86/x64 chip for decades of backwards compatibility. You could use ePSXe, Windows 98 games, and Steam/Epic Games. They ruined it by copying Apple and switching the Surface Tablets to ARM CPUs.
Apple's core strategy now is officially planned obsolescence. Did someone buy you a new Apple Watch? Or a used one? You can't use it on your iPhone, you HAVE TO upgrade to the newest phone. You can't use it on your iPad, so you have to buy an iPhone just to use an Apple Watch. 🤮
Tim Cook took Steve Jobs's beautiful all-glass iPhone 4S and removed the glass that Steve worked so hard to add. All in the name of having the thinnest phone that no one ever asked for. The iPhone 5, 5s, 6, 6s, and so forth all had a metal back with Steve's glass missing. 🗼🛜🍴

Bioshock doesn't work on iOS 8.4.1 because of KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE which also makes Wolf3D quit if you tap the settings buttons in the wrong order. Looks like an iOS 8.3 security feature gets tripped by a hardcoded memory access.

Apple failed to make iPhone battery life longer. iPhone 4S on EDGE only needed to be charged 1 or 2 times per WEEK, with some texting and almost no camera. A power hungry 8GB RAM phone that can play PS5 games means you have to charge it EVERY day. Most would prefer battery life.
