We strongly oppose micro management of PSBs by DFS on policy matters affecting service conditions of employees & undermining bilaterism. We oppose outsourcing of permanent jobs and unfair labour practices in Banking industry. #UnitedWeStand
We demand an amendment to the gratuity act to increase the ceiling to 25 lacs along with exemption from income tax. #UnitedWeStand
We demand immediate withdrawal of DFS directives on performance review which threaten job security and PLI which create division and discrimination among award staff and officers. #UnitedWeStand

5 day banking is a long pending issue. To maintain proper work life balance we are demanding 5 day banking. The right to disconnect shall apply to Bank employees also. If Govt/ Management not ready to give 5 day banking,be ready to face protests /strikes strike. #UnitedWeStand
Banks profits are increasing year over year. Banks business is increasing year over year. Bank branches are increasing year over year. But staff are decreasing year over year. Hence we are fighting for recruitment. We demand adequate recruitment in PSBs #UnitedWeStand #AIBEA

Banking business increased manifold from 2013 to 2023. Per employee business in PSBs increased like anything. Staff decreased in banks.Unemployment spikes in the country.Hence we demand immediate recruitment in Banks. #BankRecruitment #AIBEA
