#NBN down & a single 5G bar on my phone #Telstra, a daughter studying for her HSC, 2024 or 2014?To make matters worse there are about 50 dishes 750m from the house.. Very, very bad, I’ll be reviewing my options today to say the least, must do better @NBN_Australia @Telstra

Anyone thinking of using #nrmainsurance I would think again.. Absolutely dreadful experience and what is a stressful time was made even worse by a company obviously not caring about their customers anymore.. Absolute shit show @nrmainsurance

Under @VictorDominello the reforms @ServiceNSW have been unbelievable BUT you have ridiculous governance on processes where there’s actual fact based argument supporting something that warrants change, yet here we are, we’re stuck, no solution other than paying a 2nd time..?!?

Under @VictorDominello the reforms @ServiceNSW have been unbelievable BUT you have ridiculous governance on processes where there’s actual fact based argument supporting something that warrants change, yet here we are, we’re stuck, no solution other than paying a 2nd time..?!?

Already did that this morning, I was told a ten day turnaround..! My daughter cannot drive her present, so upsetting… This should be a simple fix yet no one is giving me the time of day… @ServiceNSW

I can appreciate individuals doing the wrong thing and transferring vehicles without paying, I paid the stamp duty but made the mistake of putting the car in my name after the previous owner disposed of it in my name.. Seriously, no process to sort this..?? @ServiceNSW

Thank you @ServiceNSW for ruining the start of 2023! We had a wonderful Christmas, got my daughter a car, went to register it in her name and you wanted to charge me a further Stamp Duty charge even though it’s a gift and we had proof…! NelsonBay supervisor was awful…

Given how much they charge as a premium for their products I expected so much more from @Apple but it appears as usual they screw up and the consumer pays for it.. It now makes me question my buying habits and things like this sway us towards competitive technology..

So anyone who knows me, knows that I’m passionate about customer service and get so frustrated when it’s poor… I’m @Apple wall to wall but for the very first time I have an easy issue to solve but after 35mins on the phone #Apple have caused so much pain…!!

So, just contacted @Telstra to help me out Guess what, they haven't I'm told to use the App or call them to then be passed around again... This is just so bad.. I've lost hours this week and need my service for next Monday.. I wish I could move away from #Telstra

Been going on for over 5 months, No one at @Optus or @OptusSport will take it seriously… Surely I cannot be the only one with this issue..? It just stops after 30 secs of watching and says “this video cannot be played”, If I didn’t love my soccer so much they could go jump..
