@ScotRail I'm currently waiting on the 17:07 dumbarton to oban train however the tracking is not working on the app with all stops set to 00:00 expected arrival time. Just wondering if any insight on whether the train will arrive at somepoint could be provided. Thanks

@RideEmber I am on a citylink bus which is running late, its looking like I might miss my connection where I change onto an ember bus. Is there any way of avoiding this?

Hi, I booked a bus ticket last night however the confirmation email never arrived, the bus was for early this morning so within the hours you were closed. I purchased another ticket this morning as I was worried the prior one had not gone through however the money has still 1/2

@ScotCitylink I am taking the 978 bus tomorrow. I have previously had issues with it turning up. It is always untrackable and it does not depart from my location till roughly 6pm when the X page is closed. 1/2

@Argos_Online I bought a bed 3 months ago, one of the slats was obviously faulty and so has broken through normal use. I wondered if there's any way to buy a new one

@ScotRail I've just received a refund back after my train was cancelled due to the amended timetable. I've lost £5 and whilst I understand this is the admin fee, this refund was not a personal choice, YOU cancelled my train so I feel that I should receive all of the money back
