Oh, no. The 100 N Charles skyscraper in Baltimore has been listed for auction at $1.5 million, per Baltimore Sun. In 1996, it was bought for $6 million. Last summer, a similar tower at One South Street sold for $24 million. In 2016, that building was sold for $66 million.
