the most unrealistic thing with tiktok representing eds in cliché vids is that they forget that almost all of us go to great lengths to hide our illness and would rather die than weigh ourselves/binge/display any ed symptom around someone. it's a deeply personal issue.

one of my friends is in recovery, so when we went out to eat, i ate too but it caused me to go so far over my cal limit i have prob gained another .5 lb 🥲
