બ્રિટનની વડાપ્રધાને જનતાને આપેલા વચનો ન પુરા કરી શકતા 46 દિવસમાં નૈતિકતા ના ધોરણે વડાપ્રધાન પદેથી રાજીનામું આપી દીધું આપણા દેશમાં નૈતિકતા કોઈ નેતામાં જોવા મળતી નથી, ભ્રષ્ટાચાર ના કેસ, હત્યા અપહરણના કેસ હોય તેમ છતાં ખુરશી ના છુટે પ્રજાને આપેલા વાયદા પુરી કરવાની વાત તો દૂર રહી 🤔

Last night I performed an Angioplasty on a 35-year-old patient with a massive #heartattack. The procedure was done with ventilator support. After the plasty when I went near him he shows thumbs up 👍 with tears rolling down. This is the highest level of professional satisfaction.
