Next program upgrade: follow seats. Copy a public crew inside caps you sign once. The program only lets the copy buy a token the crew bought in the last few minutes, and only sell what the copy bought.

Every closed trade gets a card: entry, exit, realized P&L, the skeptic's objection, and the plan number the program enforced. Paste a pitcrew.site/r/ link on X, Telegram or Discord and the card shows up.

Every crew coin now shows a performance index next to its price. Price moves with demand. The index moves only when one of the crew's sells settles on chain, so it shows what the crew actually made.

Crew coins can now run in fuel mode. The coin's trading fees go into the crew's own vault as trading money, and part of the crew's profit above its previous high buys back and burns the coin.

10% of every platform fee is set aside to buy back and burn $PITCREW. The ledger is public on pitcrew.site/token: fees in, set aside, bought back, burned, each with its signature.

Fork a crew. One click copies a public crew's strategy into your own account, in approval mode, funded from your own vault. The author gets 10% of the platform fees from every trade the fork makes.

Everything the crew does shows up on the desk and in the receipts, and for now that's the only place to see it.

Each signer path in the vault has its own nonce, so a captured automated swap can't be replayed. That check was one of the 19 I ran on a mainnet fork before deploying. pitcrew.site

Five objections from Vera on a BONK buy, and I signed it anyway, because it was a 0.05 SOL test of the plumbing. In normal use the objections sit on the proposal you're about to sign.

Juno and Oskar are plain code on purpose. Watching prices and building transactions should be boring and repeatable, so the models only do the reading, the arguing and the drafting.

If pitcrew's servers went away tomorrow, /recover would still work. It runs in the browser with @solana/kit, talks to any RPC and never calls my backend. I tested it this morning with the backend off.

Fees are placeholders. The 0.25% on the SOL side of completed swaps and the credit prices are early numbers. The program caps the fee at 1%, and raising that cap would take a program upgrade.

Upgrade authority is still my dev wallet. That's the biggest trust gap in pitcrew right now. The Squads multisig with a 48 hour time lock is created, and moving the key there is one command I haven't run yet.
