@SUBWAY fix your crappy app! I have gift cards with balances that can’t be used because your app won’t allow partial payment! Not sure who the PO is but pretty big miss!!!

@FOCOusa is by far one of the worst customer service companies on the planet. I pre-ordered a bobble head @focobobbles in July 2025 and all I have received are emails on how it has continuously delayed. GIVE ME MY REFUND!!

@Etsy has now ruined my son’s bday because a seller forgot to ship for 2 weeks & then they refunded me right away so I can’t leave a review. Customer support was no help, makes sense when their business model wants inflated ratings so you buy and they get their cut

Where else but @UberEats can Customer Support just end a chat by saying we’re not going to help you and provide no other options!?

How does @UberEats get away with such blatant false advertising? I buy steaks advertised at $15.75/lb on the app, but then they turn around and price adjust the entire 34% savings and add it to your bill after delivery under adjustments. Why is no one looking into this!?

@PlymouthMN_gov can you help a tax payer understand why you schedule a parade on a Thursday at 10am? For all of those families who have 2 working parents you sure set a great example of when to have events. #taxdollarswasted #dobetter

@Nationwide I can’t possibly be more disappointed in your customer service and agent follow up. I have had an outstanding claim since 10/31/23 and there has been ZERO movement on it after multiple inspections and continued follow up by myself to see where things are at. Poor

@eBay proudly touts their authenticity program for shoes, but they do nothing to inspect for defects in the product . What’s the point of having an authentic shoe if it’s unwearable do to a defect inside the shoe they didn’t bother to check for? Buy shoes somewhere else!

@Shutterfly I would like to thank you for the poorest customer service plan on the planet. 20 min wait for phone or 67th via chat. You sent items that were damaged, fix this!
