@WorldNomads That’s not good enough. For policies activated before the 30th of January you should provide coverage since there was no worldwide issue back then. People are already travelling with YOUR policies and we don’t know if we are covered or not!

@SmartHomeItalia Dove sarebbe il supporto tecnico che dichiarate di avere in home page? Il form di supporto tecnico da sempre errore, nessuno richiama e non avete documentazione sul come resettare fisicamente il termostato. Risultato: non posso accendere il riscaldamento!

@SmartHomeItalia sto cercando di contattare il supporto tecnico da ieri, dite che avete supporto telefonico ma non è la realta..! Ho un termostato 103955 bloccato e sul manuale NON indicate come fare un RESET FISICO (e non da software), vi pare normale?!?!
