Motivation for gym? 💪 It's my kid's 🥳enthusiasm for daycare there & my love of audiobooks 📗during workout sessions. Unbelievably, the usual motivators like getting fit 🏃‍♀️or concerns about wasting membership fees 💸didn't do the trick for me! 😅

Good morning! 🌞 Even on weekends, my routine-loving pup insists on our usual half-day home office grind. If I don't stick to the plan, she gets all restless, waiting for someone else to escort her to my office.. 🐶😄🤓

Got off my couch 🛋️and into the gym 💪 yesterday. The ridiculous-yet-terrifying 😱 possibility of bumping into @swolenormous and not having a recent gym-visits story (never mind we are continents 🌍 apart!) got me moving! This guy could seriously sell vacuums in space! 🚀
