Assuming the low end of $PBI's '25 *guide and minimal benefit from the recently announced $50-60m in cost cuts, we have the following situation: $PBI will generate ~$860m of FCF over the next 9 quarters. $PBI also has $320m in cash and will free up another $200m+ of surplus cash when their subsidiary bank assets are monetized in 2026. That's $1.38b of cash. $PBI has a market cap of $1.47b. $PBI bought back 8% of their stock last quarter alone. Shares traded 20-40% higher back then. The buyback auth has been raised two quarters in a row. $220m remains on the current iteration. The activist CEO, who controls the board and has his entire net worth invested in the company, has stated on consecutive earnings calls that management intends to keep leverage near or above current levels. *The '25 guide was reaffirmed on the Q3 call despite revisions due to forecasting issues. The CEO also soft-guided to higher YOY FCF in 2026.
