My friend @edtechmarcus and his daughter got me thinking..focus on the process of learning and not just the product. In his words we are “assess-inating” #motivation and #relavancy. Focusing on process gives both right and left brain opportunities to shine. Easy? No. Then do it!
Much respect to admin and Ts out there making the tough decisions to identify #variables for the benefit of students. It’s not easy. It’s not always popular. Our job description has never been to make everyone happy. It’s to make education relevant and meaningful to students.
