🇵🇾❤️ Paraguay goalkeeper Orlando Gill deserves his moment. In 2018, Gill was playing amateur football, chasing a dream that at times seemed impossible. Even as recently as last year, he was only the back-up goalkeeper at San Lorenzo de Almagro. Now, the 26-year-old represents Paraguay at the World Cup as their No.1 - a remarkable rise for a player whose career has been built on resilience and sacrifice. The road to the top was anything but straightforward. Standing nearly 2m (6ft 6in) tall, Gill struggled to earn the trust of clubs in his homeland, eventually leaving Paraguay for Argentina in 2024 in search of an opportunity.
