@itsAntWright @ArmchairIllini @TheIlliniFN @Illini_Guys @Sturdy32 @rforan23 @eric_hoops Thanks for the reference. Hopefully fletcher helps him gain some more of that explosion to take his game to a higher level. Great breakdown.

@WMCActionNews5 I live close and can confirm about 20-30 seconds of gunshots with 4-5 different types of guns being fired preceded the heavy police presence

@LaTulip_Mike I will say he won’t have to play every minute so that should help his pace some. Just can’t get over how he will likely be a liability defensively. We will find out soon though

If you’re rooting for anything other than a Purdue v. UConn final you’re a sicko who probably needs a break from the Internet and sports. America needs this

@rcpratt88 @boileruptweets @itsAntWright I think Edey is an elite college player! Best in the game this year. He won’t play more than a year in the NBA, if that. Bookmark it. Game/rules are just different

Whoever drafts Edey will waste their pick. He’s an elite college player but will be a complete defensive liability in the NBA. He won’t be able to stand in the paint and rest for 30 seconds after each offensive possession. Won’t even make it to half court before teams score.

@TheIlliniFN Harmon was +25 on the night that probably has a lot to do with it.

@kickswish His GC performance was horrific, agreed. I think he plays better when he’s not the focal point of the offense as he’s not a creator. I project he plays well next to Gio. TB is a better creator and is likely a better player right now, he just hasn’t gotten the game time for me

@kickswish Also one good season for a bad Belgian team is 100% potential. He hasn’t proven anything yet at a top level. Almost no different than a 21 year old doing that in MLS

@kickswish BR had a good March showing too so I’m okay with it. Just feel we have a tendency to unseat players (a la Tim Ream) before they’re done for the next shiny thing. I guess we will see where Yedlin and Reynolds stand tonight and this week!
