You can tell early on in an athlete's journey whether they will make for a good employee one day. If you're in your journey still, listen to your coaches when they coach you on more than just your skills. There are major life lessons some of us coaches are trying to teach!

Players: You must accept tough coaching & welcome being held accountable if you want to play at the college level. If you have difficulties with coaches yelling & being demanding, you need to grow up, toughen up or reconsider. It’ll always be tough, but it’s definitely worth it.
